Secondary battery is also called a rechargeable battery, is refers in the discharge of the battery after the charging mode allows the active material to activate and continue to use the battery, rechargeable battery charge-discharge cycle of up to thousands of times to tens of thousands of times, so the relative stem cell is more economical and practical, make it become the new research hotspot of power battery. Rechargeable battery must be used in combination to meet the requirements of industrial field on the performance of the battery, and the battery monomer battery performance is the important factor for the performance of the battery group. To improve the single cell consistency must be on single cell sorting, and this is the battery capacity of the component system.Components of the battery capacity system under the crew completed the main battery charge and discharge data acquisition, implementation of battery charging and discharging functions; capacity of the component system of the PC to complete the main battery data analysis and cell sorting function. In view of the current domestic battery capacity of the component software system of complicated operation, simple function of the problem, this paper adopts the C#is designed and implemented based on the independent design of the battery capacity of the component software system, and the cell sorting method has conducted the certain research. The design and implementation of good to meet the demand of the development of the current field of battery. The main contents and results are as follows:The paper in accordance with the rechargeable battery production requirements, to the upper computer software design, the system software including test plan module, industrial control modules (channel activation, real-time display, display the details, channel information, system log), precision coefficient adjustment module, user management module and multi language environment module. According to the battery when measuring, the bottleneck of data transmission, the system communication the next-bit machine EtherCAT and MSTP design, very good solution to the problem of data transmission; at the same time, the design of binary chemical file formats, successfully solved the data storage problems; design of data analysis software for data display and processing, and detailed introduction of the block matching process; finally, using C#and MATLAB mixed programming method, the computer intelligent sorting module implements a rechargeable battery charge discharge curve fitting,The test results show that: the system has the advantages of convenient operation, stable operation. Research for battery testing system has very important realistic significance.
