It is limited with a uniform quality, volume, length of the labeling in the context of a certain quantity. The equipment which to achieve quantitative packaging process is called quantitative packaging machine. This paper researches on the quantitative packaging equipment applied for a difficult flow of bulk material.Quantitative Packing Machine has been widely used in food, chemical, fertilizer, building materials, pesticides and other industries to package a variety of granular materials such as plastic particles, pesticides, chemical particles, rice, fertilizer, cement and so on. Quantitative Packing is a key technology in these industries; it is of great significance for enhancing the automation of entrepreneur and for improving the labor productivity.Commonly used quantitative packaging machine is generally taken by way of gravity feed. But using gravity to feed can not guarantee measurement precision for the poor mobility, viscosity materials such as sugar. So it is urgent to develop a packaging machine which is suitable for material with poor liquidity and has a high quantitative measurement.To achieve high-speed, high precision and reliable quantitative packaging, this study adopt screw forced feeder, using electronic weighing technology principle, combined with PLC and sensor technology to control the system, while compensation control algorithm is applied to the packaging precision compensation, to achieve macaronis control and to improve the automation of packaging machines, and to ensure the reliability and flexibility of packaging machines.In the consideration of Overall Status of our quantitative electronic weighing technology, this paper conducts a study on the Gravity Quantitative Packing Machine, design of its feeding part, clip bag parts, weighing some. As well as Weighing Packaging Machine control system hardware design, select the PLC’s main module and the text display, and build hardware system, this paper use STEP7Micro/WIN software of SIEMENS company for programming, implementation of the system calibration, parameter setting, real-time weighing demonstrated that the system stable, automatic operation, manual operation and other functions to complete the operation of the system and monitoring. At the same time, the system uses intelligent algorithms to control the amount of compensation to predict adjustment, through experimental verification, can effectively adjust the actual weigh next target weight. Intelligent compensation algorithm in the production process can be automatically adjusted to meet the production requirements, packaging precision, so that the packaging process to proceed automatically and accurately.The design and research of the forced feeding Automatic Packing Machine is of great significance to the improving its consistency, reliability and flexibility. |
