| Wobble piston compressor, which is an important component of direct drive portable reciprocating piston compressor, is widely used in family decoration, painting, beauty stained etc. There are the following works:(1) Parts and assembly drawings of wobble piston compressor are drawed by AutoCAD software, and three-dimensional drawings are created by the Pro/E software. The structure and assembly relations of wobble piston structure, cylinder components and compression chassis components are introduced with three-dimensional drawings.(2) Motion relations of wobble piston compressor is analyzed, axial displacement of piston, radial displacement of piston and angular displacement of rod are simplified, and axial and radial motion relations are comparative analysis of wobble piston compressor with MATLAB software.(3) Traditional thermodynamic calculation method is used to obtain thermodynamic formulas of wobble piston compressor, which are able to calculate cylinder diameters and shaft power, to choose drive machine. Otherwise, kinetic analysis of a single-cylinder wobble piston compressor is discussed, including force analysis, balance weight designing and flywheel moment caculation, an application software about flywheel moment caculation is programed by Visual Basic software.(4) The differential equations of gas flowing and motion of the reed valve are solved by fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. Displacement diagram and velocity diagram of characteristic lift of reeed valve are drew, then calculated the adiabatic compression process and expansion process to obtain P-V diagram, compressor’s indicated power is drew with the rectangular method. These appeal process are programmed with Visual Basic software.(5) The entire process of discharge reed valve has been analysis by the large-scale nonlinear finite element method software ABAQUS, including pretreatment, loading and solving, post-processing. The displacement diagram of reed valve of the characteristic lift is the same as the solving of Runge-Kutta method basically. Results show:the maximum stress is the roots, the lift limiter is a slight vibration, stress of reed valve’s head is relatively large during suction.(6) An improved structure of wobble piston compressor:planar motion compressor, which discussed the working principle, the simple leakage model of convergent nozzle is analyzed, and new structural type for improving the leaks and frictionwear are discussed. |
