Reciprocating compressor valve is a key component and its performance directly affects the economy and reliability of the compressor.Reed valve is widely used in a small refrigerant compressor due to its simple structure,light quality.As the vulnerable parts of compressor,the size and structural design of the valve,the valve plate and lift limiter between the reed valve affect the valve life.When reciprocating compressor reed valve works,the reed will be deformed at both sides of the pressure difference,the deformation will affect the flow field inside the compressor,changing of flow field will load on the valves distribution of impact,so the numerical simulation of the reed valve is operated as a two-way process of fluid-structure interaction process.Based on the theory of fluid-structure interaction.This thesis analyzed the influence of the reed valve performance and lift limiters on reciprocating compressors in the platform of ADINA software.Firstly,the reed valve without a lift limiter was analyzed.The solid and the fluid models were established in ADINA-Structure and ADINA-CFD respectively and the reasonable boundary conditions were set.By using ADNIA FSI software to modules solve,the characteristics of valve speed,valve displacement,load on the reed surface and fluid distribution on the reed surface were analyzed.And then,two kinds of lines and arcs lift limiter model were set up to analyze the impact on its line reed valve performance and the compressor power consumption.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the results of computer simulation,by means of a compressor valve displacement test system,the thesis had compared test measured valve displacement curves with the experimental data obtained,analyzed the practicality of the simulation model and the reasons of error.In ADNIA as simulation platform based on fluid-structure interaction theory to analyze the performance of the valve,it can provide a theoretical guidance for the rational design of the valve structure,optimizing the size and determining the shape of the curve valvelift limiter,so it can improve the efficiency of the compressor further.
