Piston compressor occupies the important position in the market, at the same time, the consumption of energy is very huge. Valve is one of the key components of the piston compressor, a direct impact on the economy and reliability of the compressor. As a result, the optimal design of the valve is very important to improve the performance of the compressor.This article mainly from the theoretical research, numerical simulation and experimental validation of piston type refrigeration compressor valve motion and valve pressure loss of the specific research. In theoretical research, this paper analyzes the basic structure, working principle of piston type refrigeration compressor and the valve working process, emphatically analyzes the valve movement theory model and lead to valve pressure loss factor. In numerical simulation, established the finite element model of the valve using ANSYS software of valve port to simulate the flow field calculation, and based on the fluid.structure interaction for numerical simulation of valve movement rule. In terms of experiment, experiment was studied for the different valve mouth shape, the different shape of valve port of loss power and refrigerating capacity.From the results of the analysis shows that the valve slice the decrease of the thickness increase and the effective length of the valve, valve opening and closing time of time delay in advance, the biggest lift valve plates also decreases, this will lead to the gas flowing through the valve speed increases, the flow resistance is also corresponding increase cause compressor efficiency is lower; Than the increase of flow section and the decrease of the diffusion Angle of the valve of the pressure loss is reduced, to reduce the input power loss and improve the compressor can effect comparing. The results of the experiment proves that the accuracy of the numerical simulation.
