Research On Preservation And Renewal Of Village Landscape In Wulingyuan Scenic And Historic Interest Area

The village landscape in scenic spot as an important part of scenic resources, affecting the quality of the whole scenic landscape. In recent years, the contradictions between the rapid development of scenic spot and the village in the scenic area have become increasingly prominent, resources protection and development have been hard to balance, the problem of rural urbanization become more serious, traditional styles is disappearing gradually which have plagued the construction of scenic spot. In this paper, with the example of Wulingyuan scenic spot, the author hopes to relieve the conflict between village and the scenic spot and make the village landscape and scenic area landscape to develop harmoniously through researching the strategies of scenic spot village landscape protection and renewal.In this paper, firstly, we discussed the relationship between scenery resource and village landscape of scenic spot and elaborated the component elements of village landscape and resource types of scenic spot. Draw the conclusion that the village landscape in scenic spot could be a kind of scenic resources, the relationship between part of their elements is that of including and included and cross the overlap. After that, we analysis Natural factor, social factor of forming the village landscape scenic spot and two constitution parts, the natural landscape and humanistic landscape, of the village in scenic spot we mainly from productive landscape (forests, water, pastoral),living landscape (buildings, roads, public spaces) and intangible cultural landscape to expound our points.Secondly, we adopt a scientific and systematically classification to protection and renewal of type of the village in scenic spot. Through the field and reference researching, we analysis the influence factors of village landscape protection and renewal types. Based on that, we will categorize the village landscape protection and renewal. The development types of village could be classified into three types:removing type, controlling type and developing type. Furthermore, take the partition of scenic protection area:the core, buffer and development area, into consideration, the village protection could be divided into nine types.Finally, we will propose the principle and level of village landscape protection and renewal in the core, buffer and expanding area respectively. Against the nine types, we will put forward the protection and renewal strategies of productive and living landscape respectively. The core area including Yuanjia Stockade. Laowuchang Village. Longyiba Village、Huangjiaping Village; the core area including Shuangfeng Village、Hekou Village; the development area including Yangjiajie Village、Sinanyu Village.
