In recent years, our country’s prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge growing vigorously, the cantilever as a method for self erection system has been widely used. But by the gravity of concrete, tensile force, the deck loads, temperature change and other factors effect, Cantilever beam body is constantly in the process of changing, this impact on guarantee the cantilever section of the normal close and control the bridge linear. Therefore, further study of the macroscopic deformation of the continuous beam bridge construction is particularly important.In this paper, Based on the second double of the lanzhou-xinjiang Kumul large bridge engineering, with the construction of key measurement and control project for research object, Complete the following research:(1)According to the accuracy of the bridge construction, analyses the construction control network establishment method, precision assurance measures and adjustment method.(2)For the key control content in the bridge construction, analyses the continuous beam’s zero block elevation, the central axis position, beam deformation and hanging basket etc, Put forward the methods to improve measurement accuracy. And combined with project example, analyses the line shape control in the error, and the solving measures.(3)Described the pier settlement observation method, content, frequency and accuracy requirements.Combined with the engineering example, analysis the bridge pier settlement rule, by establishing the regression equation and gray theory model to settlement prediction of the trend, analysis of the pier settlement of the impact on the overall structure of the beam internal forces and linear.Through the second double of the lanzhou-xinjiang Railway the Kumul large Bridge measurement monitoring practice, that the bridge closure precision and alignment are in line with the requirements. The results of this study can be used for continuous girder bridges and continuous rigid frame bridge construction monitoring reference.
