Hanging Basket Cantilever Construction is a common technique of modern prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction,effective control of its safety, quality, cost and duration, are based on the research and application of fine good construction site of such that the continuous beam bridge 0 bracket for design and calculation of temporary pier beam consolidation method, hanging basket design and calculation, prestressed steel beam tension, the main beam construction linear and stress monitoring and many good key construction technology.This article is based on the new railway Zhang Tang Qu Village across State Road 110(58 + 96 + 58) m prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction as the background, Some of the key technologies for the control of the bridge were studied,topics include:(1)On the basis of the common block 0 of the bracket on the research program is proposed for the bridge 0 bracket program, carried out the study design and checking method pier beam temporary consolidation,research on the structure and characteristics of the load block 0, planar and spatial model of block numbers 0 modeling and comparative analysis of the results, carried out pre-construction safety pressure test and monitoring measures;(2)Based on the hanging basket structure and the analysis of mechanical characteristics,analysis of the shortcomings of conventional planar member being equivalent calculation model,study its proper sense element plane equivalent calculation model,and computational model and its modeling and analysis results are compared,stiffness of the construction process control get analysis and optimization;(3)In the study of the linear control,using MIDAS/Civil finite element software for full-bridge construction process simulation analysis for linear control of the bridge provides a theoretical basis.By comparison with the measured data after analysis, showed that when analog Qu Village Bridge structure calculations correct and reasonable, and the linear of the bridge in the construction process and after all meet the design requirements, the construction of the bridge and linear control to achieve the desired aims.
