The domestic high-speed railway is developing rapidly,and the number of trains is also increasing year by year.The huge passenger volume has put forward more stringent requirements for the safety of railway system.As the key part of the train operation,the train running gear has a very important operation to ensure its normal operation.In order to meet the needs of actual detection,automatic train detection technology is attracting more and more attention.Optical three-dimensional measurement is a method of rapid reduction of the three-dimensional morphology of target objects through an optical image.It has high precision,fast speed and non contact.It is widely used in various aspects,such as industrial detection,quality control,biomedicine,logistics engineering and so on.The main work of this article is as follows:First of all,the two three-dimensional imaging methods of binocular vision and Fourier transform profilometry are analyzed carefully,and these two methods are used to make an imaging experiment on the actual train running gear.By analyzing the experimental results,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are studied.Secondly,binocular matching in binocular vision is studied and improved.Because of its particularity,the common binocular matching algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of 3D imaging.In view of the lack of surface texture in the component of the train running gear,this thesis introduces a structured light auxiliary method to increase the surface texture in the photographed image,and designs a new binocular matching strategy based on the auxiliary structure light.The new binocular matching strategy has better matching results than the traditional algorithm.Finally,a 3D imaging system is designed,which is classified according to the different properties of the train running gear component.After the camera calibration is completed,the system is used for 3D imaging of the train running gear component,and the whole process of 3D imaging is realized.The system is fast and accurate,and it can provide a technical reference for the detection of train running gear.
