Study On Integrated Garden Design

To have a home garden is the dream of most people who living in the noisy and crowded city. However, building a garden often needs a lot of money and the maintenance fee of the garden is expensive. People who build a garden by themselves will encounter many troubles such as the lack of professional knowledge and the difficult of buying garden materials. Therefore, it is urgent to find an economic, aesthetic, practical and sustainable method in garden design. This kind of method should be convenient for operation and low for cost while satisfying the different requirements from different people and respecting the landscape design concept which according to the people-oriented concept. At the same time, the method should have value on market exploiting and prospects and be applied to mass citizens.Therefore this paper regards the private garden as the study object and proposes the concept of integrated garden and the method of integrated design in garden which means bringing the integrated concept into the garden design. Based on the system theory and the industrial production, the method introduces the modular design into the garden design to change the present status of garden design such as the high cost and complex process of garden construction and the difficulty of garden maintenance. It will lead the garden to a sustainable way and promote the development of industrialization of garden. What’s more, it will let more and more ordinary people enjoy the garden life.The article will provide the reference to the integrated garden design through the survey of development status of integrated garden and the investigation of market needs.At the same time, it will divide the garden module reasonably according to the analysis on function and constitution of different types of private garden. And it will put more attention on design optimization of the garden module and the basic idea of the integration of garden module. Finally the article will use a practice project of author to verify the feasibility of the article’s theory in practice.
