Research On Pricing Control In The Total Processes Of Power Transportation Line Project

Wide geographical range, big differences of design conditions, and lots uncertain factors are all characteristics of power transmission line project, these factors bring a higher degree of difficulty to the reasonable pricing of power transmission line. At the same time, power transmission line projects are relatively independent in terms of design, tendering, implementation and completion, all these make cost control is more difficult to co-ordinate arrangements.In this paper, according to the implementation progress and the different management content and management focuses of the power transmission line, the project phasing were divided into decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage, completion and audition stage, and the target of each stage were given. The important factors which affect the project pricing were analyzed, and the controllable factors of them were selected to construct the indicator system.The overall goals and sub-goals of project cost of the power transmission line project pricing were analyzed, and the AHP model was built with control phase, control indicators and control goals together. By designing the reasonable relative weights, the importance degree of each control stage to the overall goal was explored, the control indictor rang of importance to the overall goals and sub-goals achievement was obtained. With the help of experts scoring and AHP model weight, the control efficiency score was solved, and the control validities of power transmission line each control stage and overall control process were evaluated.Through empirical analysis, the AHP control model efficiency score value was used to evaluate the pricing control efficiency of empirical project. By means of reverse analysis, the key reasons of inefficient control was to explore, key control indicators made the pricing control failure was to analyze.The control method and control efficiency evaluation model is with theory and practice guidance to reference the power transmission line project pricing control.
