Study On Whole Processes Cost Control Of Construction Project

The situation of construction projects on cost control in China—it emphasizs the cost management primarilyon the construction practices, but not on the phases of project decising, project design, construction bid and some others, therefore, now whole processes cost control is at the top of the agenda. This paper introduces the whole process cost project , In addition, comparing with the every sections of the cost management including the section of primary decision, project design, project postevaluation and construction during a whole construction project, the dissertation portrays both the theories of cost control and the effective methodology in each section. we apply GM(1,1) of grey prediction system on decision phase to estimate the investment cost of proposed project basing on typical construction costs index. In the design stage we use the method of implementation of standard design, optimization, design and design supervision system claims on the purpose of controlling project cost,and introduct events the application of design and value engineering with a focus on key in design phase. In the bidding stage we advocates the preparation of accurate quantities, and a reasonable means of evaluation and contract filing system to control project cost. In the construction stage the possibility of cost savings is small, but the waste is very high. Therefore, we should focus on controlling the investment of engineering change, limiting work visas, strengthening of material supplied by management. In the stage for the project postevaluation, the article first analyses the main content, then analyses the various factors on influencing the degree of influence of project cost in the example according to the main factors affecting construction cost.
