With the deepening of market economy reforms, power construction enterprise system and the operating mechanism is no longer able to adapt to the modern needs of the market. Power projects under construction is the most basic components of electric power construction enterprise business unit. A successful power construction is determined by its complete the number of outstanding power construction project to a large extent. Therefore, the basic content of the power construction business management is project management. Power construction projects generally have the characters with high technical content, and a amount of investment. As an independent accounting unit and the platform for all the work of the Electric Power Construction Company, to strengthen the electric power generation project’s risk management systematic, global, unity, coordination runs a very important one to ensure the stability and sustainable development of production and operation for electric power construction companies. Because of the current increasingly fierce market competition, to conduct a comprehensive risk management is increasingly necessary and important for the electric power construction projects.This paper studies the implementation of a comprehensive risk management in power construction projects in order to complete the discourse, principles, and practical significance of comprehensive risk management from both theoretical and practical point. The main contents of the article are the following:(1) The special role of comprehensive risk management in construction project management in power and reducing the projects costs are rearched based on the understanding and analyzing the concepts, basic features, characteristics and types of comprehensive risk management.(2) According to a comprehensive risk management theory, the source of power construction project risk are identified, and analyed from the establishing, planning, construction and acceptance stage. Based on this, the index system are established according to the principles of constructing an index system, where the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are selected for evaluating the empirical analysis.(3)The prevention strategies are proposed for the risks in the establishing, planning, construction and acceptance phase. This is very guideful for the electric power constuction company for their total risk management. |
