Wind power and hydropower resources are the renewable clean energy that personhave committed to find. Power grid and the users need stable power supply, while thewind energy’s characteristics that randomness, intermittent let us realize the improvespace of its utilization, at the same time the wind resource requires to provide areasonable adjust configuration. Pumped storage power station is the most economical,most flexible and most clean peak load power supply, it is used as a kind of storagetechnology, through converting and storing wind power, not only can providehigh-quality energy to the power grid, but also can increase the wind power operationefficiency. Provide a new way and technical support for wind power development.Engineering investment estimation is a basis of project investment decision, andalso is an important condition of analyzing and calculating investment economiceffects. In the circumstances of technology research perfect, reasonable projectinvestment estimation is an important factor that impacts the construction developmentof Wind powered-pumped storage joint operation power station.Based on fully know the situation that wind power and pumped storage combiningapplication situation and investment estimation theory and model,ignore somemultifarious and uncertain factors, establish the investment estimation model andsystem of Wind powered-pumped storage joint operation power station. According toChina’s wind power original “50000kw phenomenon” specific situation, choose RBFnetwork structure, design RBF network learning algorithm, use Matlab software tocomplete the work of sample training and model checking, the estimation model fromthis method can be unlimited approximation antiderivatives. According to the datamaterial of pumped storage power station, choose the linear multivariate regressionanalysis method to establish pumped storage power station investment estimationmodels, focus on the use of one-to-many linear regression model and the least squaremethod, combining SPSS Minitab software for parameter calculation, regressionanalysis and model checking. Analysis the component part of power generation cost,research the output situation and annual energy output calculation method of jointoperation power station in different run modes, establish power generation costestimation model of unitquantityofelectricity.Finally, from the perspective of the application system, combined with thecomputer technology, from the data material, software usage, function algorithm, estimation program and other aspects to design, establish the investment estimationsystem of Wind powered-pumped storage joint operation power station. Comparedwith other models that need to identify many factors, this system has more practicalutility in the proposal stage of engineering construction, provides theoretical basis forinvestment estimation system of this type engineering.
