Nowadays, measures are needed to solve the randomness and instability problem existing in cutting-in as the scale of wind power is increasingly larger. Wind power-pumped storage system is an effective solution. By the way of regulating output with energy storage and generating function of pumped-storage station (PSS), the power output of wind power-pumped storage system is stable and smooth.This text builds the models of wind farm and PPS, on the base of which we can establish the simulation experimental platform of Wind power-pumped storage system. Also, we focus on research and analysis of the control strategy for wind power-pumped storage system, and the main points are listed as follows:First of all, we build the model of VSCF wind energy generation system according to the theory of wind power generator. In addition, we master several methods of wind turbine control and build the control models. We can test the correctness and practicability by simulation, which prepares for the wind power-pumped storage system.Secondly, we build the model of water pump- turbine system according to the theory of pumping and generating of pumped-storage units. Also, we can test the correctness and practicability by simulation, which prepares for the wind power-pumped storage system. What's more, we propose the control strategy of wind power-pumped storage system in the precondition of the wind speed is predictable. The main content is that pumping with wind power output when power system is at low load and residual capacity of reservoir is satisfied by absorbing electric energy to pump. When power system is at peak load, the wind power output is the direct input of grid, and pumped-storage adjusts the real time electricity output according to the wind power output, in order to make the total output of integrated system stable.At last, we build the models of wind power-pumped storage system and control strategy. And the simulation test of Matlab indicates that the control methods of wind power-pumped storage system involved in this article is effective, which make use of wind energy in maximum efficiency and make the wind power integration smooth and stable.
