Abstract/Summary:
The growing number of cars has been using natural gas as a fuel, the cylinder which loaded the natural gas is a small pressure vessel and they need for regular inspection, so the inspection station for gas cylinders has a broad market. An efficient, energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly inspection station is emerging. Paperless information transfer mission is convenient to record transfer and share during the inspection, it also automatically collect all inspection results and generate inspection report at last. Automatic control device make the process of the inspection smooth and orderly under a small amount of human operator, not only saving energy and manpower but also greatly increasing the efficiency of inspection, enhancing the inspection capability of inspection station.Paperless transfer mission is to create an electronic information system which using electronic equipment to input, store and read. The information that station needed to record include inspection enterprise, basic information and each step inspection information. The inspection enterprise used to generate the table of inspection tasks as the inspection credentials. The process of inspection need to use the basic information of the cylinder as the test parameters. Each step of the test results used to generate the gas cylinders inspection record form for judging if the cylinder can continue to use. The computer and handheld mobile devices running the application make this information input into the database through the network and then queried when we need. The server database will store all the information about the tested cylinders after the inspection, including the information of inspection enterprise^basic information and test results, and generate inspection report in the end.Automation test include processing of residual gas and gas tightness test in this article. Processing of the residual gas use to lower the concentration of combustible gas in the cylinder to a set value, the method is that make the cylinder connect to the nitrogen storage tank and fill nitrogen repeatedly until the concentration of combustible gas in the cylinder meeting the requirements. Applications running in the IPC receive the sensor signal and control the implementation of the components from the scene by using the data acquisition card.In addition, the improvements of the testing device will improve energy efficiency and reduce inspection costs. Tightness text device with the rational design of ventilation pipe and an automatic control system is more efficient and energy-saving than the previous devices. The point of Innovation is to reuse high-energy gas, to make high-pressure gas in the tested cylinder fill into other lower one. Automatic control systems use configuration ration software as position machine monitoring equipment operations and communicating with the scene device through the PCI card.There are three main work of this paper. First, using VB and C#compile application which run on the computer or smart devices,the application connect to database to achieve function of input^query and summary etc. Second, according to the process of residual gas treatment process, using VB compile application to control executive device and achieve automated inspection by using the data acquisition card. Last, design the ventilation pipe for gas tightness text to reuse the high-energy gas, edit monitor screen and compile control program in the configuration software which achieve automated inspection by using the data acquisition card.
