This paper presents a ship-bridge piers collision monitoring method based on piezoelectric smart aggregate concrete Funabashi. Firstly,using nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS simulate a1thousand ton of cargo’s bulbous collide with a road bridge at three speed, the stress distribution and the process of stress the collision area is obtained, based on the analysis results, a free-falling ball with concrete block collision test is designed, the compressive stress-monitoring capable piezoelectric smart aggregate is buried in the concrete block, the stress process where buried aggregate piezoelectric is obtained, concrete block collision test is also analyzed with finite element simulation method, by comparing model tests and simulation results, and the simulation results and the calculation results, the simulation method is reliable, using piezoelectric aggregate in ship-bridge collision monitoring is feasible.
