The thesis studies the contents and conclusions of the work mainly express to two parts:the second, the third, the fourth and the fifth chapters of the work analysis and elaborate the application of Value Engineering respectively from bidding decision, tender preparation, construction design and material purchasing four parts. The sixth chapter is about a interface programming based on MATLAB. This is a new try that bring Value Engineering to the area of computer, which will has profound significance in demonstrating and promotion of Value Engineering.
