Study On The Key Factors Of Bidding Decision Of Construction Contractors In Construction Protects

In the bidding decision of commercial construction projects,the construction contractor should not only consider the subjective conditions such as enterprise strength,builder strength,project conditions,but also consider the construction complexity,engineering conditions,policies and other objective factors.However,Bidders often lack scientific support.Bidding strategies usually rely on a few people,and subjective judgment is uncertain,unscientific and irrational.Therefore,it is necessary to provide a scientific and reasonable bidding decisionmaking method for bidding decision-makers in order to reduce the uncertainty of bidding.The purpose of this paper is to study the factors that influence the bidding decision and the relationship between the factors and the bidding strategy when the construction contractors participate in the bidding.Help the construction contractor to make the bidding decision,and put forward the bidding strategy.Based on Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,this paper analyzes the related research,and analyzes the influencing factors of bidding decision.Based on this,a questionnaire is designed and an empirical test is carried out to identify the key factors affecting the bidding decision-making.Using the questionnaire to collect data,this paper summarizes important factors that affect the contractor’s bidding.By regression analysis discover the relationship between bidding strategy and bidding factors,then make bidding strategy according to relevant relationship.This research provides the reference for the bidder to choose the bidding project,scientific participation in bidding,improve work efficiency。...
