Research For Cultural Planning In China:Contents, Layer Series, Methods, Cases

The paper analyzes the connotation, practice work and theory research progress of domestic and foreign cultural planning, etc, then constructed the framework of cultural planning theory and method system in urban planning system during China’s transition period from the perspective of perfecting urban planning theory system, further take the culture planning of urban agglomeration in northern Shanxi, Shenzhen and Taoyuan community as the example. The theoretical framework mainly discussed the several technical key points of cultural planning compilation and implementation that includes the planning process, value target, the main types and their content, basic position and content hierarchy-structured system, cultural planning and its evaluation of the implementation effect, etc. The method system includes the evaluation method of the current situation of culture development, the basic programming method of cultural planning and its method of evaluating implementation effect, etc.
