Control and Management of Construction Projects in Progress is a scientificactivity under the contract requirement the quality and cost of the project, which canbring good economical benefits. It involves effective planning, organizing,controlling and coordinating of all the project items so as to achieve the setting goaland reduce the cost as much as possible.The FCM Group as a modern OEM manufactory, meets a rare developingopportunity in the Electronic-information-oriented21th century. As the Group adhereto the manufacturing theory of“Fast response, Immediate Pre-production,Productionstandards”for almost all construction projects, such circumstance exists thatDecision-making Department cant give a reasonable limit for almost all constructionprojects because of the tight schedule. Therefore, schedule control is particularlyimportant.By analyzing the case of FCM Group on the schedule control management of theworkshop construction project, this paper concludes that a scientific and reasonableprocessing plan is a must premise to achieve the processing goal on time, whichneeds the On-site construction management staff make a feasible processing planaccording to the actual situation and optimize in accordance with the principle of“Resources balance, Cost l west, Time limit of project shortest” In the implantationprocess of the project,it is inevitable that various factors affecting the successfulimplantation process will occur,which deviated the project from the original plan.Thus it requires manger to modify the original plan with the system control methodand take measures to achieve the processing goal during the implantation period. TheProcessing Schedule is an initial plan based on the fully collection of original dataand will preparation of various kinds of resources,and then it is optimized accordingto the required time limit of the project. In the implementation process the schedule will need controlling and adjustment with the changing of the constructionconditions, so as to gain the best solution of the maximization of the comprehendbenefits.The dissertation takes the FCM group Construction Projects of FCM group as acase research to elaborate its progress control situation at the moment, to introducethe profile of the project, to indicate the conflicts during the project construction, andfinally to anally the reasons. All of these aspects are the motivations and the needs ofthe entire progress management. Accounting to the procedure of progressmanagement, the dissertation demonstrates the progress design and implementation tothe current H1construction project. Initially, there are four sections focus ondisintegrating the tasks of the entire project, involving ascertaining the logicalrelationship between the working procedure, estimating the time required for theproject, employing online graphs to illustrate the preliminary plan, and meanwhile,optimizing the project in the light of the deadline. all of these form an integratedprogress management case for the project. Secondly, the dissertation describes adynamic monitoring of the progress plan, track and inspects the implementationsituation, and modifies the progress plan by analyzing the practical issues. These twoaspects form an ensemble, constituting a complete progress management system ofthe H1construction project.This thesis uses a bar char, network planning,critical path method, the progressof control measures to study the FCM. group. The objectives of the dissertation are tocombine the theories and the practice, to penetrate into the analysis, and to summarizethe experience from the progress management process. The progress control ofconstruction projects will be discussed with the following significance: inject somenew elements to the construction project schedule management of the owner.Toprovide a theoretical platform for the enterprise Construction ManagementDepartment. Enhance the management thoughts, management methods andmanagement level.
