The Waterfront Space In Rapid Civilization Area Protect And Use Plan Research

With the economic boom, our country has entered the rapid civilization time. At the same time, rapid civilization and area economic boom have brought about a series of environment problems. Take the Chang Jiang delta area as a typical example, in this area, population and industrial become more and more concentrate, area economic increases rapidly, some adjacent cities have became a whole area. The series of changes have led to the ecosystems broken, in front of area ecology and environment safety is hitherto unknown challenge. Especially some waterfront space has become the contradiction of urban development and environment protection. The waterfront spaces in these regions, which have been through rapid urbanization, are not only one of the most important part of the regional ecological security pattern, but also the potential magnet for urban development. These kinds of regions are highly sensitive in Ecology, and under great pressure for development.In this paper, we will take Bei Mayang in Wu Jiang city as an example to discuss how to deal with the contradiction between protection and development in the waterfront spaces. At first, we will analyses the problem between protection and development under the stress of rapid civilization. Then we can get the ecosystem security pattern and urban and rural space development pattern by analyses the development power and potential of Bei Mayang waterfront space. Through the two patterns mixed together, we can find out the suitable synthesized protection and utilize net pattern for Bei Mayang waterfront space. At last, through this case study, we try to find out the plan method for protect and use of waterfront space in rapid civilization area. Eventually the regional development and ecological environment protection can be integration effectively and achieve the double goals of protection and utilization.
