As China’s urban rail transit attaches a high rate in recent years, emergency management system being also established, enterprises pay more and more attention to the construction and management of emergency plan. But most of emergency plans are filed in the laggard form of paper or electronic document, having blocked the process of compiling plan, updating plan and administrating plan, and the staff has been overstretched by the too much work. Therefore it is necessary to formal representation for plan contents and structured storage for plan knowledge, which can bring about computer’s understanding plan semantics and assist the routine work and emergency disposal of the urban rail transit.During the working in the State Key Lab of Rail Traffic Control&Safety of Beijing Jiaotong University, through investigating urban rail transit enterprises of Beijing and Guangzhou, this paper analyzes and summarizes the emergency plan situation of the big city rail transit industry and the problems to be resolved, and put forward digital emergency plan model of urban rail transit based on ontology. After analyzing the emergency plan knowledge of urban rail transit from multiple perspectives, The model’s layered structure of Domain Ontology and Task and Method Ontology gives the detailed description of enterprise-level’s emergency plan ontology, and achieves knowledge sharing in the domain of urban rail transit emergency plan with Entity-Relationship Diagram of setting up the concept and relationship model of the emergency plan.In addition, this paper puts up the unified description method of the plan and the case based on the emergency plan digital model, and constructs emergency disposal rules base and historical cases base, after further researching the principle of Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) and Rule-Based Reasoning(RBR), based on the digital emergency plan model, the article scrutinize the process of two ways of CBR and RBR to generate the disposal project for the characteristics of urban rail transit emergency management, and then establish disposal project generation model combined with two reasoning methods.It is mainly in this paper that Ontology knowledge being applied to analysis and modeling of urban rail transit emergency plan, studying the method of emergency disposal project generation based on CBR and RBR in order to reuse the digital plan knowledge and providing the theory basis for urban rail transit emergency disposal and decision making. |
