Pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, constructed through balanced cantilever, are the most widely used structure in recent bridges. Pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is the complex space stress system which is also a super non-redundant structure for many times. With its many influence factors, the formation of the final structure will experience complex system transformation process. Prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame adopts mainly cantilever construction method, in construction process, it has completed the beam segment of the linear in the later in the regulation of the construction is unadjustable.Therefore, to ensure the quality of the construction of the bridge and the bridge linear and internal force should meet the design requirement, we must control the bridge construction process effectively. The main content of this article is the below points:(1)The characteristics and advantages of Bridges that has long span prestressed-continuous rigid frame were summarized in this paper, at the same time also introduces the construction control of long span continuous rigid frame Bridges development and necessity.In this paper, it investigates the high piers of long span continuous rigid frame construction control calculation theory, also summarized the influence factors that influence high piers of long span continuous rigid frame simulation calculation.(3) In this paper, with the characteristics of archaeological super-large bridge, combining the construction scheme, Using finite element program on the construction process of the construction control simulation calculation, The article gives part of the construction condition of the cumulative displacement and stress value, and the obtained results are summarized and analyzed, the key section of the lift value are calculated, which provide security for the design of the bridge.(4)Large bridge piers of the archaeological is195m, is the highest in the existing in the continuous rigid frame bridge, In order to guarantee the quality of the construction of the bridge and the safety of construction,in the main pier construction stage, the stress of the pier and vertical degree and settlement of pile caps are monitoring, The stress of the pier and vertical degree and settlement of pile caps monitor to ensure the situation that can reflect the actual main piers force and pier partial, also can keep main pier structure stress state good in monitoring range.
