With the development of science, technology and traffic enterprise, the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has been growing up rapidly in the recent years with it's special predominance of handy construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and comfortable traveling. It almost has become the preferred bridge style when the main span is in the range from 100m to 300m. During the cantilever construction of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, the finished beam profile of formed segments can not be regulated in the late constructions. To ensure the smoothly closure of the bridge and satisfy the requirement of design profile in the completed stage of the bridge, it is necessary that the structurral design, construction design and construction control.Consulting lots of professional literature, development actuality of continuous rigid frame bridge and construction control are summarized in the thesis. Taking XinLong Bridge as a typical example, the author introduces the design of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, and draws comparisons with other constructed bridges with same styles. Not only the construction process of the bridge is designed, but deflection and construction camber are only calculated accurately in the thesis. After listing the theory of leveling control during the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge, the author gives parts of the leveling control result, and analyzes particularly reasons cursed the difference between practice and theoretic. Finally, abrupt change of fabrication elevation, using of spare prestressing tendons and closure during the construction of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge construction are studied.
