| The paper named the research on the key design technique of prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge of urban rail traffic is with reference to Tianjin Light Track Bridge of a 4-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge with span arrangement (42+62+62+42)m. Aiming at the light track traffic project in Tianjin crossing over the Tianjin-Tanggu Highway , because of the lower space, the difficult crossing condition, and overcoming the long steel rail force caused by no attemperator on the seamless railway, the project adopts a 4-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge with span arrangement (42+62+62+42)m. To resolve the design difficulties caused by small cross-section, low height of the bridge structure, the key technique problem to the bridge structure should be carried on research and analysis, such as whole calculation model, considering foundation combined action , the reasonable rigidity match to the joint of the girder and pier ,inner force redistribution caused by the system conversion ,the forecast to long-term deformation after building , stress analysis and tectonic steel bar of the anchored serration block , the influence of foundation settlement and anti- earthquake measures . To acquire feasible and reasonable technique parameters and provide the full design basis, according to analytical results adjust and optimize the bridge structure design.In research, theoretic analysis is principal, whole calculation, the partial calculation and anti-earthquake analysis of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge are numerical analyzed by adopting the professional procedure and general procedure.To verify the credibility of analysis and research results about a 4-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge. The static and dynamic load tests are carried out after building. Finally, test results show that bridge rigidity, carrying capacity, dynamic characteristics and braking performances can satisfy the design requirements. The research findings of the project provide certain reference value to the structure of similar kind. |
