In construction of the continuous rigid-frame bridge with high piers, due to research and production of certain form systems such as the slip form, the climbing form, the turnover form and the traveling suspended wagon, etc. construction technology of bridges has been continually improved so as to facilitate its development and new bridge types are adopted along with it. Whereas, construction forms of high piers are still not perfect enough and line shapes of piers and continuous rigid beams can only be controlled with the control method of common bridges. This thesis, aiming at the feature of the double-leg, thin-wall, high-pier and large-span pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid bridge, No.l Wujiaping Large Bridge, the key works of Neijiang-Kunming Railway Project, studies the construction technology of double-leg and thin-wall high piers, partial pre-stressed lateral combinations, connecting parts of piers and beams and cantilever packing of beam bodies. The main contents are as follows:1. The hydraulic out-creeping (also called top-rod exposed type) turnover forms system are adopted for the construction of 77m double-leg and thin-wall high pier bodies to design the hydraulic supporting system of the work platform into exposed supports, that is, transferring the weight of the work platform and the construction load to the packed pier body concrete through the form system, without need of embedding support rods or casings within the pier body, so that the casing or the top rod will not be cohered to the concrete again so as to simplify the construction workmanship, save working hours and construction materials and guarantee the pier body concrete quality and construction safety.2. Two partial pre-stressed reinforced concrete lateral combinations were set for No.3 and No.4 main piers of the bridge respectively and No.O section at the connecting part of the pier and the beam has rather complicated structure and a large volume of concrete. The research and application of the one-time solid packing technology for the lateral combination and No.O section has successfully solved some technical difficulties, for example, many construction joints and settlement of the support system can lead to cracking of the beam body under the traditional construction technology, etc.3. Based on the traditional forms, traveling diamond suspended wagons have been optimized, designed and produced so that the cantilever packing technology is perfected.4. Research and application of advanced construction monitoring and supervising techniques guarantee the bridge to have good line shape and high construction preciseness.Construction that it is above to technically synthesize application, valid of economical of funds, economized the work period, for the engineering quantity, degree of progress is with the construction safe provide emollient guarantee. That result to of the same kind type the bridge have the expansion with draw lessons from the meaning with the high building.
