In recent years, with the quick development of our country economy and short supply of city construction land, high-rise buildings become inexorable choice to deal with population growth and strict controllment of construction land. High-rise buildings will dramatically influence city image, landscape, environment and traffic because of its huge volume. However theory about high-rise building layout is not mature and the evaluation system is not well established yet, which leading to high rise building construction cannot get adequate controllment and guidance. As result the contradiction between high-rise building construction and city development turns to be increasingly conspicuous. Therefore the theory and method about high rise buildings layout evaluation should be further researched and promoted. Based on deep research about current layout of high rise buildings in historical city center in Jinan, Shandong, author analyze existing problems of layout and planning of city high-rise buildings at present and the influence to city landscape, traffic, environment etc to put forward the necessity of high rise building layout evaluation.Author summarizes current evaluation method of high rise building development, then reveals the existing problems in the evaluation methods. Finally the paper discusses how to make improvement from evaluation perspective selection, evaluation index system construction, determining weight and quantifying value of each index. Taking the historical city of Jinan as an example, author explores a high rise building development evaluation method from comprehensive evaluation perspective, according to the functional classified evaluation index system construction, by using the software of ArcGIS technology. To conclude, author tries to make high-rise building space control zoning plan as strategy to guide the high rise building layout. This plan makes the research results more practical and applicable, while have important reference value in adjustment of regulatory plan, shaping city image and landscape optimization. |
