With the increasing development of China’s economy and society,the population and scale of our city increases year by year,the contradiction between the rapid growth of heating demand and delivery capacity gradually emerged,which brings a big heat gap;to further strengthen the work of energy-saving emission reduction during "The 13 th Five-Year”,how to effectively improve the transmission capacity is very important for the contradiction.Heat-exchange station is a very common heating mode in northern area,which can realize the heat exchange of the primary pipe network and the secondary pipe network through the heat exchanger,the large temperature difference brings great irreversible loss,thus reducing the irreversible loss of this part is very important in heat exchange mode.Absorption heat transfer system can reduce the tropical irreversible loss through the normal heat exchange type,meanwhile reducing the return water temperature and increasing the transmission capacity.In recent years,the absorption heat transfer system has been researched many times,however,the theoretical analysis and calculation is more,lacking a large amount of actual operational data support.Firstly,an analysis of the absorption heat exchange system theory is made,through the study of the absorption heat transfer principle and the optimization of the system flow and advantages such as high efficiency and energy saving is found,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of an absorption heat pump project.Secondly,based on the basic research of heat exchanger absorption system theory,design and reconstruction of the Yanshan heat exchange station will carry out in Jinan City.Finally,actual operation of heat absorption system is learned in Ji’nan station,analysis of the absorption heat exchanger system throughout the heating season is received with temperature,flow rate,network performance,the data during the heat supply of the absorption heat pump heat exchange system and the traditional plate change system were collected,and the heat efficiency and energy saving were also obtained.The evaluation of the two heating systems before and after the transformation was carried out in four aspects: sexuality,environmental protection,and economics.It was concluded that the absorption heat pump unit under the same heating area could increase the heating capacity by 20%to 30%,the greater load,the more pronounced heating effect.Compared with the traditional heat exchange station,the cost per square meter of operation is saved by nearly 4.0 yuan,230 thousand yuan each year and the recovery period is 7 years.Absorption heat exchange system has the characteristic of significantly increasing primary heating capacity,which lays a foundation for solving the existing contradiction in northern area.
