The Present Situation Investigation And The Study On Design Of Economy Hotel In Chengdu

In recent years, along with the vigorous development of domestic tourism and the increasing of oversea tourists, economy hotel, as the new hotel type to meet the demand of mass consumption, its development has become the focus of the professionals.Chengdu, as an important tourism city in China, the tourism has been developing in a high level and the tourism has become the pillar of the third industry, this all brings the opportunity for Chengdu economy hotel. Many domestic and foreign capital has begun to infuse Chengdu hotel market, and the Chengdu economy hotel is about to embark on a rapid development phase. But there are still some problems in economy hotel, for examples, no systematic theory and method, lack of local characteristics, the shortage on reference to the mature methods of the domestic and foreign hotel building and advanced design theory and so on. Therefore, it is very important to review and explore new hotel building methods for Chengdu economy hotel.Based on this, the paper has the Chengdu economy hotel as research object, and focuses on the architectural design. Based on the related concepts and foundation of cognition, firstly, the paper analysis the process of the generation and development of domestic and foreign economy hotel, and summarizes the basic characteristics of the economy hotel. Secondly, the paper defines the economy hotel, and expounds the people’s misunderstanding of economy hotel. The focus of the article is the study on the architectural design, including the choice of the location of the hotel, the scape, the total plan layout and streamline, main function space, interior design and architecture reconstruction, etc, and concludes the problems on the building problems based on the investigation and the theoretical knowledge. At the same time, it sums up the principles and methods on Chengdu economy hotel architectural design. Anymore, the paper takes a prospective study on the future opportunity and trend of the Chengdu economy hotel.
