| Widely used in different fields, plastic packing products have bringed a lot of convenience to humans. However, due to the waste plastics are affected by various factors, such as recycling and reuse technology is imperfect, the high cost and weak awareness of environmental protection, the recycling rate is very low, resulting in increasingly serious problem of "white pollution" has become environmental problems to be solved in today’s society. Developed countries has played attention on resource recycling and energy conservation very early, enforced relevant laws, which resulting in a higher rate of disposal and utilization of waste plastics waste,basically eliminating visual pollution。In recent years, our government has begun to strengthen the management, studying the recycling technology of waste plastics, promoting the use of biodegradable environmentally friendly materials.This subject is to design friendly materials packaging products for a glass bottle of oral solution which fit for some company’s requirements. The product is used as inner packaging, outer packaging are used of cartons.Biodegradable mixed material formulations based on starch have been designed in this subject, studying the preparation process and formability, testing their mechanical properties. According to the structure and size of the glass bottle and outer carton to design packaging foil, in which there are four bottles, to determine molding process are used by hot bake process.So, building the3D model of the packaging tray in UG software, then import it to the Mold/low analysis software in STL format, analysis and optimize process parameters. According to the Moldflow analysis results, to part the model by the application Moldwizard of UG, developing a set of mold in the end. This mold has been put into use, which can be used to produce in batch.This subject is mainly comes from the environmental point view, starting from raw material, a new type of packaging products are developed. The application of modern design software greatly improves the efficiency of new product development. |
