Timely and accurately accessing the state information of the mechanical equipment, it can avoid the occurrence of accidents possiblly, and reduce the economic loss, and ensure the safety of persons and equipment. So, how to collect equipment vibration signal effectively, and on the basis of this to monitor the equipment effectively, it has become very important. The traditional data acquisition systems are wired mode, but a lot of the time some data collected is only temporary,and by wired mode to conduct a wiring, or not wiring place,it will cause inconvenience.And wireless data acquisition system without the need for wiring, just put the acquisition end on to the place needing acquisition,but because of the wireless network data transmission capacity is low, so to realize precise collection for the vibration signal in the high frequency condition, it must optimize and process the collected data to reduce the data redundancy information, and to improve the precision for the data acquisition.According to the above, in this paper using the wireless data acquisition method,and through optimization and treatment of the collected data to improve the accuracy of surveillance, this will be a good choice.In the research process, using wireless data acquisition method, and through the acquisition of vibration signal data information, then by the PC monitoring platform for the acquisition of vibration signals to monitor effectively, and based on Zigbee protocol stack to wireless sensor network,and through the optimization processing for vibration signal acquisition to form reliable wireless network transmission scheme for vibration signal acquisition, and to a certain extent, it can improve the wireless network data transmission efficiency and reliability.Therefore, using CRC-16data checking method and data fusion method by the dynamic Huffman algorithm, this is used to improve and optimize that the monitoring information is not accurate due to the loss of data in the process of wireless data transmission, and then it has designed a integration system of data acquisition and monitoring based on a low power MCU of MSP430FG4618.In this system, the part of the vibration signal data acquisition uses the main control chip of MSP430FG4618, wireless transmitter chip of CC2420and three axis accelerometer of ADXL345. In order to solve the issue coming from industrial environmental complexity and wireless transmission distance constraints, then in the monitoring system, it has used the Kingview and uses ASCII code serial communication protocol based on the Kingview and single-chip of MSP430, and it has designed automatic control system from PC based on Kingview.By experiment, the test results showed that, the design of the control system for signal collection and wireless transmission had high reliability and stability, and it meeted the mechanical equipment vibration detection and monitoring requirements. And it is a very good reference to the state information monitoring system development and application similarly.
