In this period, it did not only construct large imperial gardens such as the Summer Palace, Yuan Ming Yuan Park, but also created a large number of smaller, higher level of art gardens which have a higher historical position of the royal imperial given gardens. After the time and dynasties change, the vast majority of the Royal imperial given gardens have been destroyed, only a few preserved incomplete. Xichun Garden as a garden heritage in Tsinghua University is the only one which is saved to complete, notwithstanding the current situation is not optimistic. To be conscious of the lack protection of small historic gardens in domestic Garden Heritage protection.
