This thesis comes from project of the school-enterprise cooperation“the researchand develop of special vehicle”, And the new style back-loading compression refusecollector was developed in conjunction with Hunan Gao xiang Zhonggong Science &Technology Co., LTD .The back-loading compression refuse collector is made up ofcarriage,push board components, compression system, control system ,hydraulicsystem and so on. And the key device of the whole car is the compression system, Notonly the sport of the compression system is complex, but also the work condition isvery complex. The purpose of this thesis is by studying the form of the compressionsystem, hydraulic system and the parameters influence on the compression system andthe truck, In order to design the compression refuse collector with high compressionratio, intelligent, good sealing and the structure is simple, reasonable and durable. Themain research work as follows:First: Through to analyzing and comparing on the five types existing compressionsystem, and determined the compression system scheme is the loading boxes of slidingscrape board with sunken model; Through the analysis of the Angle of loading deviceand the design of pushing-board cylinder’s layout, and determined the best Angle andforce between pushing-board cylinder and carriage.Second: Through analyzing about the compression system of work characteristicsand work flow, we have studied the specific hydraulic characteristic, and designed twohydraulic schematic diagrams. And these two schemes were analyzed comprehensiveand compared, and we selected a more precise and stable control scheme of thecompression system at last.Third: On the basis of the basic principle of compression system, we continued tocombine 3D modeling method with the virtual prototype technology by means ofSOLIDWORKS software and ADAMS software. And the stable, reasonable size andgood virtual prototyping model of entire compression system was established, and thenwe put the model into the ADAMS software, so the simulation analysis is carried out.We can get the kinematics and dynamics simulation results.Fourth: The finite element model of skateboard and scraper hydraulic cylinderwere set up in the ANSYS software, and then analyzes the actual use of status, in orderto the compression system work smoothly and the effect of compaction is better,meeting the function requirement of the compression system and prolong it’s service life as the goal, the research and security verifications of skateboard and scraperhydraulic cylinder were done.
