They not only supply independent power for areas which are lack of electricity, communication and ships, but also offer mobile power for national defense, field construction and oil exploration.The economy of small motor industry moves smoothly in 2011, the growth of sales revenue is steady, profits of most enterprises continue to increase. The global economic growth is weak, and there is severe concussion in the international financial market, there are double pressures about the economic slowdown and inflation in this environm-ent.Our country’s generator market will enter a steady growth period in the next 10 years, along with the national energy-saving emission reduction policies continue to im-prove, as has the advantages of material saving, lower prices than similar products,gene-rator will become the future of generator mainstream products; In addition, the motor can be used for all fields using power equipments. Therefore, the market of this genera-or will be good.This topic originates from the project cooperated with Dalian Huarui generator company, the project is for the research of the generator based on the radial and axial tu-rbine. We have signed a confidentiality agreement with the patent’s owner.This article introduces emphatically the design thought, structure characteristics, working principle and characteristic of the generator which is based on the radial and axial turbine, we think each part as a magnetic conductor element, establish the motor with double rotor equivalent magnetic network model, calculate and analyze for the mo-del, and do the no-load test to measure the waveform. Based on the finite element num- erical calculation of the generator which is based on radial and axial turbine, the finite element model is established, and by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the size of the motor is designed, while the internal motor electromagnetic field are analyz-ed, and made contrast with the electromagnetic analysis of synchronous generator. |
