With the rapid development of China’s urban construction, high-rise buildingshave been erected . The elevator playing an increasingly important role in our lives.Although China’s relevant laws and regulations become more perfect, but personalinjury accidents still occur in the elevator installation, maintenance and use. However,high maintenance frequency and complex program for maintenance causes no focusin the maintenance process to follow, the effect of maintenance watered down despitevarious management approaching to supervision appears, can only act as a stopgap.So it’s very important to given to the maintenance steps and the importance ofclassification Correctly and increased focus on maintenance parts at the same timereduce the workload . Therefore , the timely and accurate reliability level are very hasgreat significance for guiding the elevator status, maintenance and improve reliabilityof operation of the elevator, to protect the personal safety of users. -Based on themaintenance failure mode and effect analyzes, the paper set up the reliabilityevaluation model of the maintenance utilizing Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Thedetermination method of the model parameters--importance and fault probability areliven. The main research contents as follows:①Establish Elevator reliability, fault tree evaluation model using fault treeanalysis method about the 6 accidents of breaking through , Bottom of Bit , shear , fallaccident , Sudden Stop , Slipping .②qualitative and quantitative analysis the Six fault trees and obtainedminimal cut sets and the top event probability ,and the end of the event function toarrive at the elevator reliability③There is no elevator parts accident probability distribution function andelevator component reliability test, so it is difficult to carry out the actual situation.This paper reference to the elevator testing procedures , then summed up thecomponent failure probability distribution mode l. according to the characteristics of each accident , given the different types of probability distribution function of theinput interface.④In the Maintenance process in order to provide timely and reliableanalysis results, design a maintenance assessment instrument software on thehandheld..
