Muiliple Fault Diagnosis And Analysia Of Elevator Traction Drive

Elevator,as the main means of transport,plays an important role in the production and life of the people.Lift after delivery,after long time operation,if not timely maintenance or use of non-standard elevator,there will be a variety of problems,so as to affect the elevator ride comfort in the course of time,it will affect the reliability and safety of the elevator,the elevator fault fault diagnosis technology has been the research direction of the key technology of elevator industry.In the actual process of maintenance,maintenance personnel maintenance is more of a plurality of elevator brand,the fault site to lift the complicated multi.Therefore,it is needed to establish a new method of fault analysis,which can reduce the time of trouble shooting and reduce the time of elevator stop.The elevator can be divided into eight parts and traction system,guiding system,car,weight balance system,electric drive system,electric control system,safety protection device and door system.In view of the above eight system of elevator can be divided into two categories: mechanical system and electrical system,this paper first introduces the fault causes of elevator in two aspects of mechanical and electrical.This paper introduces the analysis of elevator fault diagnosis based on fault tree,fault tree analysis is a qualitative analysis method of fault,fault analysis for elevator systems,which ultimately determine the fault point,troubleshooting.In this paper,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the multiple faults of the elevator,and the elevator squat floor is used as an example to introduce the application of the fault tree analysis method.The qualitative analysis of the cause of the elevator fault and the causal relationship between the fault phenomenon.And this method is applied to the fault analysis of the elevator system in this intuitive analysis,find out the internal links of each system,find the weak link,combined with the actual inspection process.Finally,through the analysis of several large accidents in recent years,to find the common accident,analysis of the elevator system prone to failure,and put forward the preventive measures.
