It is particularly complicated for aircraft turbo-type engines to be analyzed from both mechanical and system.The engine failure problem poses a direct threat to the flight safety of the aircraft,may also lead to other failures,which determines the turbine engine fault diagnosis and maintenance work is a difficult and arduous task.Established a fault diagnosis expert system,which based on fault tree analysis and simulation of human experts.The expert system of fault diagnosis of turbine engine is analyzed quickly and accurately,and reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the system.This is significant for ensuring the safety of the engine and the aircraft.In this paper,we take a navy flight force turbofan engine abnormal start failure as a research object,and we conducted a long time track to the engine of the model's fault,collected a large number of fault data and first-hand expert diagnostic information,established the aircraft turbine engine fault diagnosis expert system.The failure tree analysis method is used as the fault analysis method of the abnormal start fault of the turbine engine,and analyzed the fault mechanism and the cause of the fault in the form of the abnormal tree of the engine.At the same time,we combined the production of knowledge representation method,the fault data and the expert data are transformed into the database relation table information which is convenient for the computer to store the database structure,and the expert system diagnosis rule base based on the knowledge rule is automatically generated by the fault tree,and the diagnostic knowledge in the knowledge base is also consistent calibration and completeness of the verification,the use of forward and reverse hybrid reasoning method to build a system of reasoning machine,to achieve a reasonable knowledge of the knowledge base in the use of experts.The fault diagnosis expert system uses the windows operating system as the system development platform,myeclipse as the system programming tool,the background reasoning machine is developed by java language as the programming language,the background of the database management system uses the MySQL Workbench 6.3CE,the application of artificial intelligence fault diagnosis methods and object-oriented programming methods for the design and development,and the development of a friendly visualization of human-computer interaction interface.At the last,we taking the typical fault diagnosis of a turbo fan engine as an example,the performance and advantages of the expert system are verified.It is worthy of extensive application promotion in the whole army.
