With increasing of the mechanical operating speed , the finite element analysis of themechanical components develop from the static analysis to the dynamic statics analysis, anddevelop from the dynamic statics analysis to dynamic analysis and elastodynamic analysis, etc.With the combination of computer aided (CAD) technology and computer aided engineering(CAE) , provide conditions of more accurate analysis for mechanism . The work of this paperis finished in the combination of 3d software Pro/E and gather CAD/CAE/CAM as one of thethree dimensional parametric design software UG NX.First of all , this paper based on the situation of the design theoretical knowledge of thecar body, frame and the determined overall size,preliminary designed the electric cars’ body,frame, and then based on the preliminary design,made the further finite element analysis onthe frame .As a vehicle of all parts’ installation matrix, the various performance analysis of theframe is in order to ensure that the security of the vehicle and smooth When running , etc.This paper is mainly aim at designed self lighting type of electric automobile frame,first usingPro/E simplified the originally set up 3 d model, and then import the UG NX carry throughthe fellow finite element analysis :1) Under the circumstance of certain load, go ahead the static analysis of the frame ,get the self lighting type of electric automobile When carrying and unloaded’s different stressand deformation.2)Through the last step’s static analysis results, making some modifications to frame,andin the same constraint and bearing ,made static analysis on the modification frame.3)Made modal analysis on before and after the retrofit of the frame:under a free state tomake modal analysis, in order to obtain the natural frequency of the vibrations frame, make the car in the operation of the process, through the movement of the vibration signal isgenerated when the state detection, through the analysis result ,we can timely and effectivelyavoid resonance.4) Comparing the performance of before and after the retrofit frame.
