Basd on the investigation of the related domestic and overseas research in the domain, combined with the characteristic of all entire-bearing coach body frame,the finite element model of the bus frame was established. Four typical conductions were made under the static analysis:bending condition,limited torsion condition,emergent braking condition,and emergent turning condition. In this paper, some data are calculated, such as strength, stiffness, bending moment, torque and so on. Distributional feature of stress and strain was analyzed: the dynamic characteristic of the bus frame had been researched with modal analysis technique. Ten orders'natural frequencies had been calculated and low-order vibration shape of the body structure was studied.Then a harmonic analysis for the whole bus structure with excitations of engine was carried out. During the analysis ,the dynamic performance of the structure under excitation of engine vibrations was evaluated.It has been proved that the analysis with FEA is efficient,so the static&dynamic analysis can be proceeded to evaluate the bearing capability and vibration characteristic,through which the strength and inherence vibration model of the frame can be fully regognized. Also, the possible stress and distortion of the bus body can be known from the results.
