Research On Quality Management On Interior Design Project Of Visitors Centre In Zhangjiajie

The merits of the design directly affects the whole project. The design have played a pivotal role In terms of project quality, project investment to the project progress, completion of the operating costs, investment returns, etc. The design is in the three control objectives for achieving (quality, cost, schedule) the focus, but it also directly related to state property and people’s lives.this paper, By using the basic theory of project quality management, Survey of quality interior design in Visitors Centre in the Zhangjiajie based on the combination of engineering project design management practice, has the quality of interior design plan of Visitors Centre in the Zhangjiajie including Interior design quality objectives and targets for development; interior design project design management process analysis; interior design project quality management organizations and personnel responsibilities identified; interior design work on the project preparation process; interior design projects in various stages of quality content and so on.Then,the paper has studied interior design quality control of Visitors Centre in the Zhangjiajie from five aspects such as design to prepare quality control; design process quality control; post service quality control; design changes; design failed to control. Finally, there is Quality Management Interior Design Suggestions about Visitors Centre in Zhangjiajie, including healthy and perfect quality assurance system design unit; standardization is to improve the interior in Zhangjiajie National Visitors Centre, an important technical design documents to ensure quality; sound project management system to improve the Zhangjiajie Visitor Center interior design quality; strengthen training and improve Visitors Centre in the Zhangjiajie, the quality of interior designers; establish a sound internal quality of reward and punishment system.The results of this research institute will not only provide a workable design quality control and quality planning, quality management and the introduction of some method to Visitors Centre in the Zhangjiajie, interior design, this paper studies on the quality management system ISO9001 under the design industry, quality control in the interior design to provide ideas and methods for reference.
