The prosperity of the city commercialization led to the rapid development ofcommercial facilities. Large commercial buildings have mushroom emerged in parts ofthe country. And continue to work towards building scale, the spatial quality of thedirection. Besides many mountain cities located in the more complex terrain conditions,they provide a lot of cases and experience on the development of the large commercialbuilding space in the mountain city. The special geographical conditions of mountainconditions brings the problems to the space of large commercial buildings----affectingthe accessibility of commercial building space, thereby affecting the most essentialrequirements of the commercial buildings-business efficiency.The accessibility of commercial building space is the important issues affectingbusiness efficiency. by making the mountain city as a background premise, concerns onthe status problems of the mountain urban large-scale commercial building space andthe comprehensive study of related theories and treatise, basic understanding of themountain cities and large commercial building space, and through extensive fieldresearch and interviews, combined with the literature review, to acquire the necessaryinformation and data; then according to the research, interviews, results and relatedtheoretical analysis of the status quo problems in finishing systems, a comprehensiveanalysis of research on the impact factor of the mountain of large commercial buildingsand accessibility issues, and considering from the perspective of human behavior andconsumption patterns, this article solves the problem of mountain commercial bodydesign, traffic organization, business accessibility and business efficiency. Therebyincrease people’s shopping accessibility and comfort, create a good commercial spaceand business climate, improve business efficiency, increase smooth and quality ofexperience in the consumption process.The first chapter expresses the background origin of the thesis, presents thenecessity of the study of the problem the papers discussed. And identifies the object andcontent of study and fully defines a variety of related concepts. And put forward thepurpose and significance of research papers as well as the status quo at home andabroad. Finally, put forward the thesis and research framework. The second chapter summarizes the development and the basic types and basicspace of some large commercial buildings. And proposes influencing factors for thecity’s large commercial building space by the mountain conditions and the visualcharacteristics of and large commercial buildings of the mountain city space, and finallyput forward conceptual analysis point of view and methods of analysis to answer thefollowing specific theories analysis.The third departure makes analysis of the subject of consumption activities-customer behavior and psychological factors from the object point of view of consumeractivities,and then the object of consumption activities-commercial activities andcommercial commercially attractive problems. As a basis for theoretical support. Thenput forward the accessibility of relevant knowledge, and proposes the evaluation toolsof behavior accessibility, visual accessibility and psychological accessibility to pave theway to solve specific problems of the following analysis and theory.The forth departure conducts field research on the actual situation of the largecommercial buildings in the mountain city, and analyzed. The last to find out thespecific reason why the reachability problems of the mountain of large commercialbuildings occurred.The last two chapters summarizes the problem-solving principle and strategies anddesign methods to achieve accessibility of the mountain of large commercial buildingspace, and proposes a specific solution strategy targeted from three aspects of the spaceaccessibility, the visual accessibility and the psychological accessibility to achieveeffective improvement of accessibility...
