Study On Green Renovation Strategy Of Large Commercial Buildings

Green buildings are developing rapidly in China,and the relevant systems and standards are gradually improving.More and more attention has been paid to the green transformation of existing buildings.Some existing large commercial buildings have the problems of high energy consumption,high resource consumption and poor environmental quality,so it is necessary to carry out green transformation to create green,environmentally friendly and suitable public space.Based on the idea of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems,this paper analyses and studies the green energy-saving transformation strategy of large commercial buildings.Through consulting a large number of documents,the author combs the current situation of commercial buildings at home and abroad and the situation in the industry,finds and analyses some problems,and fully uses the concept and technology of green building to carry out the corresponding structural and functional transformation strategy research.After summarizing,a set of effective technical strategies for green transformation of large commercial buildings are obtained,and applied through actual project cases to verify the feasibility and correctness of the strategy.For example: adding shade curtain to atrium glass skylight of commercial building to reduce heat load;changing the door of shopping mall to double-deck door with door bucket to reduce waste of cold/heat load;making full use of energy consumption management platform software for real-time management and control of building equipment and facilities,etc.In the case of transformation,the total cost of green transformation is 3882,000 yuan.The annual running energy consumption cost after green transformation saves 1941,000 yuan/year,260 tons/year of water saving,107＿of land saving,300,000 yuan of material saving,and the annual operating income is 320,000 yuan.The total cost of reconstruction can be recovered in 172 years.The energy saving rate after transformation is 21%.The above shows that the green indicators of the case buildings have been effectively improved by adopting the green transformation measures and strategies proposed in this paper,such as energy consumption reduction,space utilization improvement,environmental quality improvement and so on.In conclusion,the green transformation strategy of large commercial buildings proposed in this paper is effective,and can provide reference for other large commercial buildings.
