Chinese urban density in the context of rapid urbanization is increasing day byday, increasingly dense urban functions, frequently of commercial activities, commercial complexes play an increasingly important role in the city. Commercialcomplexes which have the large building volume, multiple functions,three-dimensional spatial organization has increasingly close and important links withurban space. However, in the complexes of commercial buildings in large numbers ofthe major cities, many commercial buildings still follow the tradition of architecture asthe core locality, the unity of design research methods, which will result that buildingand construction, architecture and urban will be mutually separated state, this form ofconstruction can not be organically into the city space environment. Therefore it willnot create the proper business value, which not only caused enormous waste ofresources, but also bring a range of urban problems such as: urban space will lack offlexibility, urban space system is not perfect, urban transport poor, reducing theefficiency of urban functions and urban commercial environment recession. Therefore, this article will harness the relevant theory and analysis, a lot of field research andapplied research combined with the actual project, to explore the experientialconsumption patterns under the guidance of the commercial complex integrationproblems of urban public space.Contemporary urban social and economic transformation and globalization oflifestyle, which has been deeply changing the connotation and extension of thetraditional commercial space and its business model. The introduction of the concept ofexperiential consumer space, fundamentally narrows the gap between man andarchitectural space and urban space of the distance between architectural space andurban space, but also for the urban commercial space to develop new directions. This article is divided into six chapters, of which the first2,3sections as thetheoretical framework,4,5sections are for practical application.Chapter1Introduction.This chapter describes the research background andpurposes, and describes the development status and trends domestic and abroad aboutthe experiential consumption of space and commercial complexes, and interprets theconcept of commercial complexes and experiential consumption space, and establishesa research methodology to build the framework structure of the thesis. Chapter2the influence of experiential consumption patterns for urban publicspace. This chapter through the background analysis on the global economic integration, recognizing that consumer age and the arrival of the experience economy, urbanconsumption is gradually shifted from the consumption of goods in the urban space tothe consumption of urban space, aware of the consumption patterns and lifestylechanges on the urban space also with certain unfavorable factors.Chapter3the study of experiential consumption patterns on the integration ofurban public space. This chapter focuses on combing the experiential consumption ofspace in the expression of urban public space, from space elements that constitute theurban public space, cultural factors and environmental factors are integratedinterpretation of experiential consumption of urban space.Chapter4the experiential consumption-oriented urban commercial complex inthe engineering practice. This chapter of the previous section on the development ofdomestic and foreign commercial complex analysis, summing up a series ofadvantages and shortcomings, combining with the current situation and difficultiesfaced by the actual project, madding at the design level response and countermeasures.Chapter5Experiential consumption patterns of the integrated practice of urbanpublic space. This chapter explains the project’s overall design and construction detaildesign experience design method of the consumer space, and particularly describes theexperiential consumer space under the auspices of the commercial buildings of urbanpublic space, integrated application.Chapter6Conclusion. This chapter reviews the theoretical framework of thepaper and applied in practical projects, summing up the development and changes ofthe commercial complex architectural form and designing trends, hoping this study canprovide a reference for future commercial complex development. |
