| With the continued development of civil aviation, the contradiction between airspace and thegrowing traffic become prominent more and more. The theory of air traffic flow management made agreat contribution to relieve air traffic congestion. Currently, air traffic control managers usuallycontrol air traffic flow by subjecting MIT(miles-in-trail) restrictions, thus easing sector congestion. However, the MIT subjected by air traffic control managers are usually produced according to theirexperience without enough scientific theories. As a result, a large number of flights may be delayed. So the study in MIT(miles-in-trail) is significant. This article proposed integer programming models on MIT management between sectorsaccording to actual situations of air traffic flow management. First, discuss the problems in singlesector as the research object, establish a model about air traffic control transfer interval strategyaiming at delay minimum. And then proposed a new capacity-flow matching equation based on thesector acceptance rate theory. Forward, the article continues analyzing the influence of MIT onmulti-sectors, and proposed an optimization model of the MIT problem in multi-sectors. This modelput forward a target of control instruction persistent according to actual control work. This articlepresents an objective function based on flight delay and control instruction persistent using the idea ofutility function. Then the article discusses the MIT problems of the terminal area. The MIT betweenflights and the departure time are planned together. And the article established mixed integerprogramming model, of which the MIT and the take-off flight time are the decision variables. Thesolution algorithm of these models is genetic algorithm. |
