In recent years, the frame-supported shear wall structures are widely appliedin commercial high-rise buildings. Till now, the calculation method withthin-walled bar model and rigid floor assumption is in very common use. Thismethod is widely used in the design because of its advantage of few freedomdegrees, high speed in calculation and convenient usage. It is shown thatframe-supported shear wall structures has inferior seismic performance afteranalyses of many seismic hazards. The frame-supported floor can be damaged oreven the building can collapses if it is not properly designed. So thorough researchof the frame-supported shear wall structures’ stress characteristics and improvedanti-seismic measures has much practical meaning.This paper introduces type, development of high-rise building transfer story,expounds on frame-supported shear wall structures’ design measures, elaboratetheory research of this structure. After analysis of transfer story structures’mechanical properties、 structural dynamic characteristics and mechanicalresponses, transfer story’ structure arrangement principle and general principles ofstructural members such as frame column、frame supported beam、transfer floor、shear wall linked with the ground and upper shear wall were also summarized. Thispaper introduce finite-element analysis method, the paper project example part isestablishing a3-dimension finite element model and using large scale analysissoft-ANSYS to study a12-floor frame-supported shear wall structure, analysiscalculation of this structure is also being discussed. This paper analyze one transfermain girder and secondary beam’ stress and dynamic properties under seismicaction in detail. The article involves structure conceptual design, structure collectivity calculation and analysis, FEM, component design as well asconstruction measures.In design of high-rise buildings with girder transfer floor, the design oftransition floor is difficult as well as the key to different types of structure systemtransformation. In design, thorough study and scheme contrast is necessary tooptimize the program and achieve the goal of safety, convenience and economy. Bythe theory study and concrete calculation analysis, it is expected to get a profoundunderstanding of frame-supported shear wall structures’ design calculation andcomponent proposal as well as provide some references for this kind of building’sstructural design.
