In Some Economical Aspects To Look For Design Strategy Of Small And Huolin Gol City Integrated Culture Construction

With the growing global economy, resource shortages, environmental degradation andglobal warming have become the common challenges to human development. Inconstruction industry, which is the main areas of resource consumption, buildingwork are carried out under the guidance of the government in order to save energy,water, materials and land.In today’s China, urban development, construction and development of small townsare not only paid attention by the nation, but also play an important part in thedevelopment of China’s urbanization. After the global financial crisis, we need reflecton the development model of urbanization in the past three decades in China which isled by export-oriented economic. We should put forward new demands from thenational low-carbon direction, from the operational objectives of conservationmanagement and the overall design aesthetic from the city point of view.This study takes Huolinguole City Cultural Center as the object, makes thecombination of the design and the basic research and studies the cultural complexwhich is a multi-museum collection. It studied the space, function composition,culture industry trends combined with external design conditions and managementoperating mechanisms. It also proposed ecological design strategies of culturalcomplex which are adaptive to medium and small cities for today’s green buildingconstruction standards and development of cultural industry. As for urbandevelopment in the county, many county-level cities made their own attempt to solvesimilar problems spontaneously. Cultural building complex is a kind of exploration tosolve the problem. It mainly studies in the energy saving design strategies, internalfunctional integration using, saving and management and so on.In this paper, with the implementation of energy saving ideas, we mainly construct new saving cultural buildings from the construction of the overall planning(integration) design, energy policy and resource utilization (the use of renewableresources, energy-saving application of new technology) and so on. Meanwhile wecombined with the example of Huolinguole comprehensive cultural center. We hopethat this study can play an important role in today’s cultural boom in the constructionand architectural design.
