Research On Energy Consumption Of Urban Buildings And Solutions In The Process Of Urbanization In Central Plains

With the progress of human society, urbanization is an inevitable stage of socialdevelopment, the rural population and urbanization will be the main content ofurbanization of our country in the future. The progress of urbanization is fast in thearea of Central Plains, urban building has a large proportion, but the work ofbuildings’ energy-saving started late, the government pay not enough attention on it.The buildings’ energy-saving of small towns is twice the result with half the effort toreduce the overall energy consumption of the town. This paper takes typical town asexamples, having field survey, analysis urban construction and energy consumptioncharacteristics of this town. Summarize the existing energy security in thedevelopment of urbanization in the Central Plains, on the basis of which propose themeasures of constructing energy-efficient town, not only in the construction tide tovigorously promote energy-saving building, and implement energy-savingtransformation on the foundation of existing buildings. Furthermore, it need scientificenergy planning from the whole, making full use of renewable energy according tothe actual situation, suiting measures to the question of rapid growth of energyconsumption in the process of urbanization. The main work of this paper are asfollows:(1)Finished the investigation of construction, energy consumption andresidential thermal comfort of the typical town, statistical analysis was done on thebuilding type, building envelope insulation and other factors, having first-hand basicdata of the town buildings in Central Plain.(2) Analysis of typical energy problem in the process of urbanization of the town,collected the theoretical experience for reference city energy planning, put forwardmethod to solve the question of quickly growth of the building energy consumption.(3)According to the high energy consumption of the existing urban residentialbuildings, using energy-saving city experience, seek suitable energy-saving methodsfor the construction of towns. As the specific residential building in typical town example, using the method of computer simulation, analysis the effect of energysaving after energy-saving.(4) According to the characteristics of urban construction, analysis suitablemethod of renewable energy utilization, carries on the analysis the application of thesolar energy, wind power and biomass energy in urban residential buildings.(5) According to the Central Plains’ area comprehensive climate, economicconditions, architectural features, energy structure and so on, seek the solutions tosolve the urbanization construction area of Central Plains in the energy question.
