With the development of society,information technology has been penetrating into various industries.BIM(Building Information Modeling)leads construction into the information era.At the same time,all walks of life around the world make energy-saving development path.Building energy efficiency has also received much attention.Because the informatization level of traditional design method of building energy efficiency is not high,it is difficult to make scientific and reasonable energy saving scheme suited to local conditions for building.BIM technology advantage lies in information integration and simulation on the entire life cycle of the construction.Energy saving effect can be optimized.BIM technology opens up a new thinking for building energy efficiency design.The research of building energy conservation plan relying on BIM technology is of great significance.Based on the BIM model,this paper explores the problem of the architecture's whole life cycle energy-saving optimization design.Firstly,the paper analyze advantages of BIM technology in energy-saving design and lay down building energy efficiency optimization design strategy about a commercial complex in Xi'an.Secondly,according to the strategies,the paper is mainly instigated to establish the BIM model,combining the characteristics of BIM model,respectively considering from the aspects of passive and active building energy saving,simulating and analyzing building orientation,component optimization,pipeline optimization,operational managementand so on with whole life cycle of buildings as orbit.Finally,Energy saving plan will be applied to actual project for verification and analysis.Through the application of the actual project,by using passive energy-saving technology in the project planning and design stage,the project saved about 70,000 yuan each year only in the second floor of the podium;by using of active energy-saving technology in the construction stage,the project saved more than 1.44 million yuan only in terms of optimization of Pipeline.The application in actual project reflected advantage of BIM technology applied in building energy efficiency design.Using BIM technology for building energy saving design not only can achieve more effective energy saving effect,but also enable construction to stride forward information further.
