With the developed of hydraulic technology, more and more new types and advancedperformances of hydraulic pumps were needed. When one motor is required to outputmultiple fixed torques and constant rotating speeds, the existing fixed displacementmotors can not meet the needs yet. For this reason, a series of novel kind of pumps andmotors were designed, which were based on a new structure called by double-rotator. Fordouble-rotator, one stator correspond two rotators and more than one pump or motor canwork alone or be combined just in one shell. By the different combination of inlet andoutlet ports, several different torques and rotating speeds can be supplied by one of thesekinds of fixed delivery motors under the same input flow, and without variable mechanismor any other help. The functions of differential motors are achieved, which expand therange of applications and improve the adaptability for the motor. Furthermore, there is atype of proportional relation for output torque and rotating speed. When it is used as thepump, several pumps can be formed in one shell working in different pressures withoutcompression release valve. In summary, this paper presents a new industrial design that iscapable of generating large numbers of possible design concepts of hydraulic systemsautomatically for specified operation requirements. This article first Double-rotors, Multi-speed Motors structure and working principleof a detailed introduction, and then the establishment of the motor with SolidWorks solidmodel and dynamic course of the campaign. Motion characteristics of the motor throughthe theoretical analysis, a roller connecting rod of the displacement, velocity, accelerationmathematical model, it analyzes the connecting Double-rotors, Multi-speed Motors oftorque characteristics of the establishment of the transient torsional Moment mathematicalmodel and its mathematical model has been simulated, obtained Double-rotors,Multi-speed Motors torque ripple laws.SolidWorks software, through the establishment of pairs of three-dimensional solidmodel of the Double-rotors, Multi-speed Motors, using ADAMS software to complete the physical model of motor; its physical model in MATLAB, simulation analysis andcalculation, has been connecting rod roller motor parts corresponding simulation curves ofvelocity and acceleration. After the analysis of these simulation curves can be affectedDouble-rotors, Multi-speed Motors kinematic factors. So as to design the motor whatprovide the basis for the motors. This study optimal design for the future to further improve efficiency, reduceproduction costs, expand the scope of application to provide a more detailed basis forshaping the future production of the motor provides a theoretical basis for more detailed.
